I have been trying to get in touch with the Adobe customer service but they are completely unresponsive. It is impossible to change country and the credit card on the file has expired and I do not not have another card registered in the original country of the account. The Adobe service is so poor and their processes are so cumbersome that one really wonders how they can survive. Any ideas?
