Turn off Update Notification

I have searched through every post on this site and cannot find an answer. Approximately 3 - 4 times a day Adobe Acrobat tells me it's nice and up to date. That's great, I'm glad I've got the latest and greatest. A little skeptical updates truly need to be pushed quite so frequently, but that's okay. The problem is, I get a little notification and a loud bell, which I seem to be unable to turn off. Is there any way to only turn off the sound, but keep the update? I do not need the notification. I have turned off notifications in the Adobe CC app itself, this is the only one which continually interrupts my concentration to tell me it's updated. Can anyone help?
