I have a PDF textbook that is heavily designed around being read in a Two Page View (i.e. like a physical textbook, with content spanning across two pages). When I use Two Page View in Adobe Reader, the pages are off by one.
For example, there is a figure spanning pages 60 and 61. These would be side-by-side if the physical textbook was sitting on a table in front of me. However, in the PDF, Two Page View displays pages 59 and 60 together, and it displays pages 61 and 62 together. This figure, and all similar figures, are effectively cut in half.
Is there a way to bump the page view up or down one to fix this issue?
