unable to download the product of adobe

Downloaded the new version of free adobe. I uninstalled the new version as . Now i can not install adobe as it says 'new version already installed'. What can i do?

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are not able to install the freeware application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and getting the error 'New version already installed'

 

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the error message for a better undestanding?

 

Are you on a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version of the OS?

 

If you are on Mac, and moved the application to trash earlier while removing it then please try to empty the trash and then try again to install the application and check.

 

If you are on Windows machine, this error may appear due to a missing update for Universal C Runtime in Windows. Please refer to the steps provided in the help article  https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/error-1722--there-is-a-problem-with-this-windows-installer-pac...  and see if that helps.
