We (like other members) are running into somes troubles when we try to open multiple PDFs from share. I know many users in this forum have the same issue but I don't see any solution ...

When I try to add the folder path (as you recommended), it doesn't work.

We are running Windows 10 1903 and Adobe Reader DC version 2019.021.20061.

Regards,

Enzo

What recommendation are you following?

Have you try disabling Protected Mode and see how it behaves?

Hello,

Yes i try to disable Protected Mode and it works.  But I don't want to disable this setting.
The recommendation I speaked about is to add the path of my share in the box under this setting but we still have the issue.

Yes, see this thread.

We are discussing a possible work around for that case.

You don't need to disable Protected Mode in Acrobat. The assumed workaround that we are trying make that path a priviledged location enforcing GPO from the server that you're enforcing security policies. Then disabled Protected View for the Internet Zone or better said Enhanced Protected Mode for the priviledge location.

See here and share your feedback: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader/can-only-open-1-pdf-at-a-time-from-dfs-server/m-p/1089...

I want to believe that we are getting somewhere  🙂
