Unable to print PDFs attachment via OWA(Outlook Web mail) with IE 11

Good Afternoon,

I would like to raised the issue that unable to print PDFs attachment through Webmail(OWA) with IE 11, this is no happen if print same attachment from Google Chrome browser.

Updated Adobe Reader version from 19.012.20034 to 19.012.20036 but still cannot solve the issue. 

Would anyone can assist help of this issue? Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out, As described above, you are unable to print PDFs attachment from IE11, correct?

As its printing fine through Chrome browser and its specific to IE 11, please try to install the necessary and recommended updates for your computer.

Also, update the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to the latest version available 19.12.20040 as the version 19.12.20036 is not the latest version. Go to Help > Check for updates. To know more about the latest version available please use the help article - https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html

Enable the Add-ons under IE 11 as follows:

• Open Internet explorer > Click on the gear icon on the top right corner > Manage Add-ons
• Under Toolbar and Extensions > Select Adobe PDF Reader > Click Enable and close. Check if that works for you.

Hi Amal,

Thanks your advise.

This is just only cannot print PDF attachment via Outlook Web Access in IE 11, this is able to print other share PDF attachment in IE 11.

By the way, I will try to upgrade to latest version 19.12.20040 and test print PDF attachment under OWA again. Thanks.
