Unable to save to ShareFile

I am unable to save directly to ShareFile. I can open files from ShareFile, save to desktop, and move the file to my ShareFile drive, but can't save to it in Acrobat Reader. I have tried re-installing Reader and reconnecting to Citrix File Sync.

Sorry for the trouble. 
As a workaround to this issue, try disabling the Protected mode: 

  • Launch Reader>Edit >Preferences>Security(enhanced)
  • Uncheck "Protected mode at startup"
