Bonjour,

J'ai un problème pour partager des doucments. Depuis quelques minutes je ne suis plus capable de fpartager des document pour consultation ou signature. Le système m'envoie un code d'erreur " VOus avez été deconnecté. Une erreur s'est produite. Deconnectez-vous, puis connectez-vous de nouveau. "

Hi SelaQc,

 

As you have mentioned above, you get the error message when trying to share the document for few minutes. Not sure what created the issue.

Are you still experiencing any issue while sharing the document?

If yes, please share the screenshot of the error message you get

Let us know the exact workflow you do when the error message appears.

Are you using the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC application or the Adobe Acrobat DC?

 

Please make sure that the application is updated and the internet connection is not intermittent.

Also, try once to sign out of the application once and reboot the device.

 

Let us know if you experience the issue again.
