View PDF Files in IE11 is very slow (30 sec.) since update to 2001320064

After we updated the Adobe reader dc to 2001320064, it take about 30 seconds to get the PDF view in IE11, normally it is came up instantly, we reversed to the old version 2001220048, no such issue.

Disable "Protected Mode" does not work. Still can't fix the issue.

After updating to version 2020.013.20066 the problem is still there. What can i do?
