I have a current updated account, but when I hit convert and it asks me to sign it, it tells me there is no account associated witht the email.  I can log into abobe with the email, but can't convert.  I have checked that the email is spelled correctly.

What can't you convert?

Log-in to your Adobe account below to confirm a) you have an active plan and b) the plan is  what you think it should be.

You replied with what you are doing, but not the program or service you are using

Is this a question about Acrobat, or the Document Cloud PDF Services?

Acrobat Reader is a free PDF viewer.  It allows you to view, sign, print, annotate and search PDF.   If you need more than that, you should use paid Acrobat Pro DC.

Still, when I log in to convert from the free reader it should not tell me that me account does not exist.  And then when I go to my account it says I'm paid up with Acrobat Pro DC until next December.  Also, the free reader is telling me I can convert from there.

Jenn,

The free Reader is NOT the same as Acrobat Pro DC.  2 separate programs.

Have you downloaded and installed Acrobat Pro DC yet?
