Windows explorer thumbnails not generating

Windows 10 explorer thumbnails not generating since the Feb 9 2021 update.  Previously generated thumbnails still there. Installed 20138 update bt it did not fix. Thumbnails are turned on in options.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, the thumbnails are not being generated after the new update in Feb and the optional update didn't fixed it.

 

It is a know issue and already reported to our engineering team and they are working on it to find the fix. We will share the update as soon as we will hear anything from them.
