Hi there

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the error 'The upgrade patch cannot be installed by windows installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing or update patch may upgrade a differenr version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have correct upgrade patch'

You may refer to a similar discussion https://acrobatusers.com/forum/deployment-installation/upgrade-patch-error-acrobat/ and see if that helps.

You may also try to download the patch manually from the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotes/index.html

Adobe Acrobat Reader 11 is an old and EOL application for more information please refer to the help article https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/end-of-support-acrobat-xi-reader-xi.html

Regards

Amal
