I have 3 licenses for Acobat Pro XI with the same license key. I just purchase 3 upgrades to Acobat DC. 2 uninstalls and upgrades went fine. The 3rd upgrade says I have an invalide product key. What can I do to correct this.

Please check with this KB article for the message you are getting Invalid Serial Number :- https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/invalid-serial-number-cs4.html
If the issue still persist would request you to go to 'adobe.com/getsupport',after signing in using your credentials select Acrobat Program & then after selecting onscreen instructions click on 'Still need help contact us' at the end & from here you may initiate a chat session .
The chat expert will help you using tools & checking serial number as well.
