I've brought in a 3D model so I can add some annotation for a presentation to a customer.
Unfortunately, the model is invisible until I zoom in or out only by using the +/- buttons.
Once I've got it visible, any attempt to add any annotations makes the model become invisible again.
If I simply click to add a text box or callout, then the text box or callout (or any other tool) will cause the model to become invisible, but the textbox will be drawn without any issue.
If I zoom in or out with the +/- buttons, then the model becomes visible again as it zooms in or out, but the text box disappears. Once it is done zooming, then the model becomes invisible again, and the text boxes become visible again.
If I save the file, exit acrobat, then re-launch it, then just the model is visible until I click on the Coment&Markup - then the model turns invisible again, and the text boxes come back.
Right-clicking on the model when it is visible causes it to turn invisible.
I've completely wiped and re-installed acrobat from the CD, and have also updated windows and the video drivers to the latest for my system.
Suggestions on how to fix this?
Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1
64-bit OS
Xeon E31240
16.0 GB Ram
Nvidia Quadro 2000
GPU driver: Was 10.18.13.5445, updated it to try and fix this issue, now using 372.95. Not sure why their driver version numbers are so markedly different in number and format, but the problem is the same on both 10.18.13.5445 and 372.95

Would it be possible to share PDF with which you are experiencing the issue so we can check it on our end?
If yes, you can send file on email account that I have sent you in the private message.
Please also do share the dot version of Adobe Application and OS you are using on your system.
Regards,
Meenakshi
