A software update on my Apple somehow collided with an update  to my Adobe Acrobat Pro (version 11.0.14) causing it to stop mid-update.  Now, whenever the update to Adobe attempt to install I get the error code 1301, which requires me to uninstall and reinstall Adobe.

How exactly am I to do that if I purchased the Adobe online and only have the Key?  Where am I to go to install the program again?

Thanks for any assistance,

Hi Antoniad14123658,

You can download Acrobat XI from here https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html

Find your serial key https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-your-serial-number.html

Hope this will help you !

Yea!  It worked.  Thank you so much for your help.  I am supposed to click some "correct" button but I don't see it, so I trust this email will suffice. Antoniad14123658
