Acrobat 10 Activation

My drive failed so I had it replaced.  When I attempted to reinstall Acrobat 10 I received the following message:

     "Configuration error

     A problem has occurred with the licensing of this product.  Restart your computer and re-launch the product.

     If this problem still occurs after restarting, contact Customer Support for further assistance, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.

     Error: 213:19

     http://www.adobe.com/support"

My operating system is Windows 10.

Can anyone help me with this?

Also would like to inform that Acrobat 10 not compatible with Win 10, refer to this article for tech specs :- Adobe Acrobat system requirements
