Acrobat 10 will not open

I upgraded to Windows 10. Now I cannot launch Acrobat. Cant reset it. Cant find a paid phone number for support. Spent hours on forums and Adobe... I have a project due and cannot open or find support. Can somebody please tell me how I can contact a human at Adobe. Or please tell me how to RESET ACROBAT 10.

uninstall it using the uninstaller.

clean per Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

restart your computer.

reinstall acrobat using your serial number and the installation file(s).
