Acrobat 8pro: PDF-Converter missing on Windows 10 64 Bit

I had the acrobat 8 pro installed on Win 7 and had to change my computer to Win 10 64 bit. When installing CS3 Suite, I could not get the Adobe Converter installed as a printer, even if I followed the instructions for installing it manually on Win 8.1. Does it not work on Win10 anymore?

Acrobat 8 is a very old version and not compatible with Windows 10 (nor Windows 7, for that matter), so it's not surprising that such problems occur.
