I wanted to move the licence of Acrobat 9 to another computer. I uninstalled software without deactivating the licence. Now, I cannot activate the licence on any computer. How can I do to solve this problem?

I checked the article and my case corresponds to the following:
Did you uninstall your apps without deactivating them?
CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS$, Acrobat XI, Acrobat X, or Acrobat 9
Make sure you’re connected to the Internet. Reinstall your app on the same computer on which it was originally installed. In the app, choose Help > Deactivate.
Actually, I have already tried it, and I had the same error.
I try to reinstall Acrobat 9 and Software Setup dialog appears.
I choose "I have a serial number for this product."
And when I type the serial number, and click Next, it says "Invalid Serial Number. This is not a valid serial number. Please go back and re-enter your serial number."
However, it is a correct serial number which I find on our account on Adobe Licence Website.
What can I do to solve this problem?
