Acrobat 9 cannot create document

My acrobat can no longer make a pdf file.

See error below

Have changed settings in Distiller to ensure it is pointing to font files  SEE Error below

Anyone have any ideas?

El capitan, about to upgrade to Sierra

Neither of these versions is compatible with Acrobat 9.

Running Parallells 12 on windows 10 and Adobe CS4 in this windows environment.  So was hoping that the OS would not interfere ?
