Acrobat 9 error

New Here ,
Feb 08, 2016 Feb 08, 2016

Help please!

We are using Acrobat 9 on Windows 7.  We keep getting the error "The Organiser database is damaged and will be reset the next time Acrobat is launched. Quit the application and close any currently opened web browsers." when working in a PDF document.  I've tried the soution of deleting the Organiser 9.0 file and restarting the PC and Acrobat, but it hasn't solved the problem.

I have a boxed copy of Acrobat 9 and was wondering if I can download a DC version without having to subscribe as I've already paid....

Any help/suggestions would be extremely welcome before my husband throws his PC out of the window in frustration!

Thank you
