How do we deactivate a computer that has broken, in order to keep at 2 computers? ( Acrobat 9)

Good luck Adobe has the absolute WORST SUPPORT in TECHNOLOGY!  My Paid for Versions of Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard are useless since I am unable to reinstall them at my business.
