Acrobat creative cloud to full CC and still get 1 yr discount?

Can I switch from partial creative cloud to full CC and still get 1 yr discount? (Acrobat, Photoshop, & Lightroom.)179.88+99=278.88 annual rate.

If I want to subscribe to full CC, which is 599.00 discounted to 499.00, can I still get the 499.00 discounted rate if I decide to switch from partial CC to full? Is it a temporary offer or ongoing?
