new Computer, Mac OS X 10.11.5, Acrobat X installed with CS6, Pitstop installed but will not start, I can see that it is installed by looking inside the packet
I notice that Acrobat X will not leave the mode only starting certified Plug-Ins. What should I try?

Would like to inform that there will always be problems like this as this product version is not compatible with this MAC OS X version.

This may be officially stated, problem is that it works without problem on other machines running 10.10.5, which is also far above the 10.6.4 statet in the provided link.

It may or may not work, difficult to guess as its on a unsupported platform.This all comes under compatibility .
So we will recommend you to use the application in a supported environment or use the supported application on your OS .

You'll need to upgrade your PitStop version I am afraid, version 10 is not supported on that Operating System.
