After uninstalling, reinstalling, and signing in and out of CC 4 times, each time Acrobat DC is opened the "subscription expired" message appears and makes the program completely unusable as anything but a viewer. Windows 10 PC. This needs to be addressed immediately because it is obvious others have the same problem. There is no reason a paid subscription should be unavailable to the subscriber.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried those steps and was told to reinstall Acrobat, which I did.
The problem re-appeared as soon as I opened the program after the installation, I received the red circle, "subscription expired" message on the main Acrobat screen.
Any other suggestions?

Hi Grgareus,
Can you please try following:
1. Please make sure that you have a valid subscription to use Acrobat DC by logging in into your adobe account.
2. If yes, Please sign out and sign in again from Acrobat and see if the issue persists.
3. If the issue is reproducible, please send me oobelib.log, amt3.log, pdapp.log from %tmp% directory.
Thanks
Rahul

same problem here. Adobe does not seem to have a problem taking my money for a program that doesn't work and not having a number to call and talk to someone is unacceptable!

I have a Mac and found an answer. You have to go to Utilities to find the Activity Monitor and double click to open. Look for SafariNotificationAgent, then click the red button to close it. I did this and the program installed and worked. I had to do a lot of searching on the website to find this solution, and was very frustrated since I could not call or email support.

This didn't solve the problem either.
My subscription is current, signing in and out doesn't help. Is there a patch that will solve this?
Thanks,

did this ever get solved? I was on live tech support through chat for about 4 hours. They did everything that I was told to do on this forum, which I had already tried, to no avail. They then told me that they had to push it farther up the tech support chain they didn't what else to do, that someone would contact me within 48 hours. 5 days later nothing.
