Acrobat DC convert webpage to pdf not working

Community Beginner ,
Apr 29, 2016 Apr 29, 2016

Hello - I hope this is the correct place to post.

I am running Windows 10 and installed the 30 day trial of Acrobat DC.

I have both Chrome 50.0.2661.94 and Firefox 46.0 installed; both are up to date.

The Adobe DC plugin is installed in both. Neither will let me create a pdf from a webpage.

Here's what I'm doing and what happens:

Firefox: Menu > Convert webpage to Adobe pdf.

Result: "[Javascript Application] Acrobat had an error converting to pdf

Chrome: Adobe button (convert current webpage to an Adobe pdf file)

Result: "continued conversion failure"

Can anybody help? Thank you very much.

Conrad

Hi Conrad Fernandes,

Could you please try creating PDF from webpage by navigating to File>Create>PDF from webpage in acrobat DC .

Please check and let me know if you able to create PDF this way so that i can analyze the issue .

Regards

Sarojini

Hi Sarojini,

Thanks for the reply. Doing it that way I do get a pdf file.

I also get the following error code: Timed Out, followed by a URL.

I presume that's coming from a link on the webpage that I'm saving.

Appreciate your help; I will do it this way in future!

Cheers, Conrad

Hi Sarojini,

Follow-up question: how would I use that workaround to make a pdf from a page that requires me to be logged it?

Cheers, Conrad
