Acrobat DC- converting single pages of larger document?

Hi all-

Now that I have figured out (with your collective help) how to convert my large volume of scanned documents so that I can edit them, another question arises-

In a scanned document that has, say, 100 pages, is there a way for me to convert for editing only single or groups of pages that I need instead of all 100 pages?

For example, a report I need is on p 57- 64. Is there a way to convert only those pages to be able to edit/highlight/add text? I know I can convert all 100 pages, but why do that if I don't need to?

Thanks

Extract the pages to a new (temporary) file, via Tools - Pages - Extract,

then convert them and delete the file.
