acrobat dc crash when open tracker

I have this problem on more aplle mac with osx 10.11.6.

Acrobar crash every time i try to open tracker.

I had disabled "Displays have separate Spaces" on the Mission Control Preference panel.

i had trashed the acrobat preferences, but every time I configure a server for internal review and restar acrobat the problem return.

Ok

The problem is not in the review, but in the tracker windows itself.

If you resize the traker windows and close the windows itself you are no more able to reopen it, acrobat dc crash.

To "fix" the problem (this is only a workaround, only adobe can fix it):

1) close acrobat

2) open the acrobat preferences (/Users/'youruser'/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.Acrobat.Pro.plist)

3) remove DC->Window->AVTracker

this made the trick. You can reopen Acrobat and the tracker. At least until you resize the traker's window again.

In fact I can't find com.adobe.Acrobat.Pro.plist anywhere.

Are you using arcrobat reader or Pro?

Are you on a mac or a pc (the solution is only for mac)

if you are on mac using acrobat pro clic "go" in the menu bar while pressing "alt" and chose Library, then go tu Preference folder ecc...

Yes, I'm on a Mac Pro. Creative Cloud using all the Adobe apps. The workaround worked. Thanks for the help. Previously the only fix I had was to completely remove the entire application.
