Acrobat DC doesn't open at launch

I have a cloud license, keep trying to install Acrobat DC which doesn't open at launch. I uninstall and reinstall, I sign out and sign back into cloud account, nothing is working to get the app open

Right-click on Desktop icon, select run as Administrator.
