I subscribe to Creative Cloud. A month or so ago I was in a pinch and when CC Acrobat DC didn't work, I downloaded the trial version. Now that has expired and I can't get DC to work in full. My account is paid. Help !!
Hi lo80522360 ,
Please launch the trial version for Acrobat Pro DC , it will give the message window for Trial has expired .
On the same window, you will see the option for 'License the Software' , please click on that option & enter your credentials for licensing the program .
Then after check with Acrobat Program , it will work fine .
Let me know if it works.
Regards,
Yatharth

Hello Yatharth:
Thank you for your email.
Didn't work. Keeps cycling back to "trial expired".
Maybe I should erase all Adobe Products ??
This is crazy frustrating.

I keep getting the subscription expired message even though I am paying for Creative Cloud membership that shows I have access to 64 apps. How is it that Acrobat Pro is the ONE app that decides to unsubscribe itself? Is it alive? Does it have a mind of its own? Please fix your issues asap and stop this nonsense. Acrobat Pro was working perfectly fine a few weeks ago for me.

By the way, my payment is auto-deducted from a VALID credit card.

It says "payment error". Your apps will all revert to trial soon. You need to focus on this. Look in your account for info.
