acrobat dc pro for mac error to install ?

i try to install acrobat dc pro to my macbook for few day. but anytime i install program will show Error Encountered

"Acrobat installer encountered an unexpected failure. Please try again. if it continues to fail, contact Adobe Support."

Please Help my to find solution

my mac use OSX 10.11.3

and never install acrobat befor

sorry but i think i create new user for setup acrobat pro but don't work T_T
