Hi suchais2224897,

Restart your Mac & then try installing Acrobat DC.

If the issue persist please let us know if its a perpetual licence or a subscription for Acrobat DC?

Do you have admin rights to install the application?

Regards,
Aadesh

Hi suchai sangasong,

Can you please try installing Adobe Acrobat DC under root user. Please refer Enabling and using the "root" user in OS X - Apple Support to enable root user on Mac.

I'm not the original poster, but we're seeing this too. In our case, it's a package created with CCPackager. The package hasn't changed and every copy of it is failing (we created it and shared it with our other offices). It has been working fine since July, then all copies stopped working on Feb 22. Literally that day all of them stopped installing.

EDIT: Have tried installing from root user. Errors out the same.
