I am using a trial version of DC Pro on Win 10 - when I print from anything to the adobe pdf converter on com1 I get a printer error but the pdf document is still produced. The print queue however still contains the document with an error which I have to delete manually to stop further error messages. Seems to be a similar problem to one I encountered with Acrobat X which was eventually fixed. Any ideas how to fix this one? Thanks

Hi Jimmy Hearn,
Please let us know the dot version of Acrobat DC Pro installed on your system.
Try "Repair Installation" under help menu.
If this not resolves the issue, try to uninstall application using cleaner tool and restart your system.
Then try to re-install it from this link: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X
Let us know if issue still persists.
Regards,
Meenakshi
