acrobat dc pro windows 10 second activation

New Here ,
Jun 22, 2016 Jun 22, 2016

I've Installed A-DC-PRo on Desktop W-7 and Laptop W-10.
Activation has happened on Desktop.
It is not working on Laptop W-10.

For all the editing options I get the message Activate Acrobat DC Pro LEARN MORE , which I have already activated and paid for.

I am using the software on

Ipad mini
ipad 3
Android
Windows 7 Desktop
Windows 10 Laptop (Not activated)

PS. I have installed and updated software using Creative Cloud Installer.

Hi santanams70125318

Would like to inform you that you can install and activate Acrobat DC on two computers but you would be able to use Acrobat only on one system at a time .

If you are using it on the desktop you would not be able to use the services on the laptop.

Let us know if you have further issues.

Regards

Sarojini

Hello santanams70125318,

The "Learn More" message comes up when you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. This may be confusing as both Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and Reader DC have similar interface. You need to install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, refer to the links below:

Subscription Edition: Download Adobe Acrobat DC (Continuous) | Enterprise or VIP

Licensed version(If you have a serial number) : Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

Regards,

Utkarsh
