Acrobat DC Reader Mac will not open after installed

Hi,

I have a Macbook Air 13" running El Capitan 10.11.4 - with 8 GB RAM.  Just tried to install Acrobat Reader DC for Mac.  The app will not open PDF files - it crashes repeatedly and simply will NOT open any PDF file.

The PDF files were originally created using Acrobat DC Pro version - from CC (latest edition).

When moving the PDF files over another computer (the laptop in question) the Acrobat Reader will simply crash upon opening.

Attempted to uninstall and reinstall.  Attempted a reboot after a reinstall.  Attempted to launch other PDF files to see if the files in question are corrupt - no luck.

Hi Steven,

If possible please provide your console log. Follow steps mentioned below to get the console log:

a. Launch Console(/Application/Utilities/Console)

b. Clear all messages(using Clear display option)

c. Launch Acrobat Reader and wait for it to close

c. Once Acrobat Reader closes, save the console log(File-Save a Copy as). Please paste the log here.

Regards,

Rave

I am having the same problem, but my Adobe does not actually close unless I force it to. It just hangs out there like an invisible program. Here is a copy of my log:
