Hi, I installed the Acrobat DC with the Creative Cloud just now. But I got an error number which is "1646" when I updated the application. Plus, the messagebox also tell me the "Uninstall update package is not supported". Is there anyone know the reason and what should I do !?

Please uninstall Acrobat using cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and restart your system.
Then re-install the application from this link :Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

Would request you to install the Update for Acrobat DC from here :- Adobe - Acrobat : For Windows
Please turn off Firewall & security services .
If the issue still persist please check with the different user account with Admin Rights to replicate the issue .

Hi, dear Yatharth, thanks for your reply. I'm sorry I did not reply to you til now. I've done as you said, but it still negative and tell me "Unable to use the conversion program, please check that the specified conversion path is valid." As shown in follow picture. And only I have Adobe account. So maybe I have difficult to check with the different user account with Admin Rights to replicate the issue.
Furthermore, I do really wonder about the error number "1646". What does it mean?
