Hello,
We are using Adobe Acrobat DC Standard v2015.006.30201 and each time we print to Acrobat PDF printer, application will crash. We are using MS Office 2013 and all applications within the suite exhibit the same behavior. Editing documents in Acrobat DC it self will cause application to stop responding frequently. After time consuming troubleshooting, user was given a whole different PC with clean install of Windows 7 Pro (64-bit) and fresh install of all applications. However, issues still remains with applications stop responding when it tries to print to Adobe PDF.
Please advice on the resolution.
