Acrobat Plugins missing

Community Beginner ,

Hi,

I own acrobat X, and this morning, I opened a PDF with links, however, I was unable to click through. When I tried, I got a message saying:

"The plug-in required by this 'URI' action is not available. Information about the missing plug-in may be available on Adobe's Web site."

I went to check my plug-ins in the program, only to discover they were all gone. The program was working fine last week, and clicking links worked.

Can someone help figure this out?

Exactly how did you confirm that they were all gone?

Have you tried a repair of the installation? You'll see it as an option in the Help menu.

Thank you! It worked!

And I had checked under Help, where it says "About Plugins" and the list was empty. But now it's populated once again.

Thanks again!
