Hello,

I own the Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium (it was upgraded from CS5 Web Premium which Acrobat Pro 9 was part of).

Since purchase my Acrobat Pro 9 was upgraded for free to Acrobat X.

As I saw the constant notifications in the Creative Cloud App, that there is available upgrade to Acrobat DC I thought to give it a go, but as uninstalling previous version of Acrobat was required, I contacted Adobe Chat Support to check if this upgrade is  available to me and their team member confirmed that I'm eligible for this upgrade.

I have uninstalled Acrobat X and I installed the DC version, which asked me for my serial number.

The serial number I had (originally for Acrobat 9) didn't work, so I contacted the Adobe Chat Support team again, but this time I've been advised, that previously I've been advised incorrectly and I'm not eligible to this upgrade.

I have uninstalled the Acrobat DC and I downloaded Acrobat X from this site: Download Adobe Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | DC, XI, X.

During the installation my serial number didn't work as well (I tried both X Pro and X Standard).

So I installed original copy of Acrobat 9 Pro, but when I go to "Menu > Help > Check for updates", I can see the message: "No updates available".

So it looks now, I lost my copy of Acrobat X and I've been advised to seek for help here on this forum...

My question is how can I obtain back Acrobat X.

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.
