Acrobat Pro DC not accepting the Serial number

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC provided by the School District I work for, for my computer.

While trying to install it, it asks for "Serial Number".

But every attempt to provide said serial number is rejected.

I contacted Adobe help number, and they said they could not help me.

It had to be through "Chat"

Please help.

Thanks for the reply.

Here is the image of the error message.

I have tried everything that could conceivably be a serial number.

From off the CD, to CD Envelope, the Boxes the CD was packed in....

To no avail.
