We have been running a free trial for the past month, and yesterday decided to go for the license.
After activation Acrobat DC Pro does not save files properly any more. The user is saving work every 20 minutes, and when the program crashes - which it now does often, he declines recovery.
On restarting the program again he tries to open from previous documents, only to get an earlier autosave instead of the version he believed he saved.
On opening from an explorer window the same happens.
This has only been happening since a new Adobe ID with full license was input.
Has anyone else been experiencing this?
The computer is Windows 7 Professional 64 bit with all updates.

Hi Nigel -
Since you're using Acrobat on Windows you have an option to fix the program directly. Choose Help > Repair Installation. The process takes a few minutes to review/repair the program components. Restart your computer and the issue may be resolved. If that doesn't work, try to uninstall/reinstall Acrobat again.

Hi Donna, Thanks for your reply 🙂
I have gone ahead and uninstalled, then reinstalled from the licensing download link. Saving is now working.
The user has sent me the attached screenshot. It seems the new install is now licensed, but is still giving out licensing reminders:

Hi Nigel -
This is a tricky situation, and will take some time to resolve.
You can start here:

Alternatively, you may want to contact Tech Support and have someone walk you through a fix.
Good luck.
