Acrobat pro DC with serial number crash when open

i have acrobat pro DC tlp license, but always force close when i open document with big size. i tried to uninstall--clean with acrobat clean tool--reinstall but doesnt work

im using windows 7, with core i5 ram 8gb and disk 750 free space. also installed adobe illustrator CC and Indesign CC there

please for help

Hi deto_ws,

Could you repair the Acrobat pro DC  by going into Help>Repair Installation.If that doesn't work, run Acrobat pro DC as an Administrator.If running as an Administrator doesn't work try to create a new user account and see if it works.
