Acrobat Pro trial

I try to install the trial version for Acrobat Dc for PC and I have an acces denied.

I think it's because I put my birthday in 2016 to laught and I don't put the reality date.

I try to change it but I have always the same problem without have the link to download. May be the website recognises the computer, as I deconnected it.

What can I do to install the trial version? Thanks a lot of your return as soon as possible.

check your account to make sure its valid and edit any inaccuracies, Adobe ID

then try a different browser to download.
