I'm attempting to download an Acrobat Pro update, asks me to choose which version to update but then my Acrobat Pro file is gray and I can't choose it. Any ideas why?
Also, Acrobat Pro has stopped allowing me to save a file as a reduced file size or use the Optimizer. When I attempt either, it appears as if it is working, asks me to indicate what file name to save it under, but then just doesn't actually save the file. Any thoughts? Attempting to update program from 10 but (see above), having issues with that too.
