Acrobat Pro X - Changing RGB and HEX colors for Text doesn't work correctly

I'm trying to change the font color for my font and about 90% of the time it doesn't work right.

I type in this:

And once I go back to it to check the color it changes it to this:

It's weird cause some of my text will work to change it to this "same" color but others won't or it will take me 10X attempts to get it to stay this color.

Adobe doesn't support this anymore and I'm not going to pay the monthly fee to upgrade. But I can't figure out why it changes it.

I've messed around with color management but it doesn't change anything. Any help would be great! It's driving me nuts and I've google it for hours and have found no answers.
