Acrobat Pro X CS6.5, Program launch issues

when I open Acrobat it doesn't launch a loading screen and the program never starts up...

Could you please confirm which operating system you are using?

If it is a windows computer, then please go through the help document-

Doesn't launch after 30 days | Installed as part of a CS6 suite
