Acrobat Pro XI "error 1324 the path to My Documents or volume is invalid.Please enter it again" One of our users can only view parts of a few blueprints or opens blank page but they print fine. I can view them fine when I log into her computer. They are scans of blueprints emailed to her but they are also on the network and her co-worker can always open them fine and has same exact version.
We are running Windows 7. We only have 2 or 3 Acrobat Pro licenses so I can't download it to troubleshoot it because I don't want to mess anything else up and there aren't any available licenses I have checked differences in preferences and they are all the same.
