acrobat pro

I followed all steps provided in the instructions to download and properly install Acrobat Pro onto my Macbook.  But in my applications folder, the Acrobat Pro appears as a folder enclosed with many program files, rather than an icon which I can click to launch the application.  Could anyone tell may be happening?  Thank you.

Hi clt_dragonfly,

Please search acrobat DC in the spot light .

You will find the option and then pin it to the dock .

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Regards

Sarojini

As you can see in the screenshot, below, the only active Acrobat application Spotlight found was Acrobat Reader.

The Acrobat Pro DC that I'm trying to stall is still shown only as a folder.  Have I not completed the installation process?  Why is Acrobat Pro DC still a folder and not an active application?  Thank you

Hard to know without more details. Where is that Acrobat Pro folder? What is its full name? What is in it? And did you ever run an installer for Acrobat Pro?
