When working with PDF files (adding notes and saving), for a long time now, PDF crashes sometimes, with loss of work done. We have tried reinstalling windows and PDF professional but the problems still occurs at times. Is this a known bug and are there any tweaks in the settings we can do to overcome this. We have tried many things but with no solution.

Hi esyntaxis
Please provide the exact dot version of the software & OS installed at your system .Also check whether is there any update available for the software after going through "help > check for updates "
Follow this thread to reset the preferences for the Acrobat software:- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.​
Then please open Acrobat, navigate to Help menu & repair the installation.
Would like to know whether is this happening with all documents or with certain one .
Please check with the different user account to replicate the issue .
