Acrobat - Trouble with Submit button "This document is trying to connect to..." security issue. Help!

I have done this several times before at my job, but it was on a Mac...now I am on a PC and this submit button will not work. I keep getting this message. Is there anything I can do? Is this an IT problem they need to look into perhaps with the security settings on my computer?

This security is asking whether you trust the people who sent you the PDF or the site in which the PDF is displayed. This is the behavior in which Program runs, you may the option for remembering the option while selecting the 'Allow'.
